What is Application Authorization?

When you use Earthdata Login to first access an application, you will be requested to authorize that application.

This is a standard part of the OAuth2 process, and is simply asking you to allow the application to access your user profile information. If an application also has an end user license agreement (EULA), you will also be required to acknowledge it. While you may chose not to authorize the application or any EULA, you will not be able to use the application if you do so.
